MY STORY

Looking back I have had such a rich, fulfilling life full of growth and experiences that were a major source of my transformation…..

From marrying young, two wonderful daughters, beautiful grandkids and even great grandkids.  Life truly took me in many directions, each one leading me to interesting opportunities.

Little did I know hearing Norman Vincent Peale speak so many years ago would lead me to where I am today. That was the beginning of my fascination with the mind. The more I was exposed to positive thinking, the Laws of Attraction, motivational and inspirational speakers, and alternative health care, the more passionate I became to expand my knowledge. So, as it happens in life, I was able to pursue what I truly enjoy... helping others realize they too can make permanent, lasting changes and live the life they want.

It starts with a conversation.


I offer a calm, inside-out way of exploring your experience. Rather than trying to change, fix, or manage thoughts and feelings, we look toward a deeper understanding of how experience is created through thought.

As this understanding grows, the mind naturally settles. Clarity returns, perspective softens, and meaningful change unfolds on its own. From this space, people often reconnect with their innate wellbeing and discover a quieter, more grounded way of living.
